So that we can give / give back / offer our blood to the earth, there are different methods of collecting it: You can use a mooncup / divacup and put the content in a sealable glass, which you can give to the earth at the end of the bleeding. If you use pads, you can put them in (cold) water and give the blood obtained in this way to the earth with the water. There are reusable sanitary towels or blood panties that are highly recommended.
